chest circumference and hem circumference measure the same – the width of the top runs in a straight line from underarm to waist and those are the measurements described by ‘half chest’. we recommend getting a tape measure and getting your ‘half chest’ measurement by taking the value of your total chest circumference or belly circumference (whichever is wider) and divide by two. these measurements give an accurate descriptor of the garment’s size, as they differ from garment to garment.

machine washable at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry, iron on low.
