If you are struggling with issues related to relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, ADHD, neurodivergence, major life changes, low self-esteem, assertiveness, or stress, or would like to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, Eoin provides a reliable, safe, confidential, client-centred environment, and the supportive, therapeutic relationship you may be looking for.

Sarah is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She offers therapy in person in Dublin city centre, as well as online or in a hybrid format, to make therapy as accessible and flexible as possible.

Sarah’s aim is to offer a space that feels calm, respectful, and non-judgemental, where you can speak openly and be met with compassion and curiosity. Believing that you are the expert on your own life, her role is to walk alongside you — helping you explore, understand, and make sense of your experiences.

Sarah draws from a range of approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  She works with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, supporting people with issues such as anxiety and depression; grief, loss, and bereavement; relationship difficulties — with partners, family, or friends; work-related stress, burnout, and workplace challenges; and questions around meaning, direction, and purpose

Starting therapy — whether for the first time or at a different stage of your life — can bring up lots of questions. If you’re feeling unsure, curious, overwhelmed, or simply tired of carrying things on your own, you don’t need to have everything figured out — therapy can begin exactly where you are.
