Echelon Refund Policy

If you need to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Email info@echelon.ie with date of order and description of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. Please explain clearly why you are making this request
• Send (all) item(s) back to us at the following address: Echelon Indoor Cycling Ltd, Unit 4 The Times Building, 13 D’Olier Street, Dublin 2

Returns and exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we cannot process your request

All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount
